Two experienced delivery drivers will transport your order safely and reliably to the point of use – whether to the roof terrace on the 5th floor , to the sauna basement or to the most remote corner of your garden.

🔹 Upon request, our delivery drivers will unpack your furniture directly.

✔ Flexible appointment scheduling & delivery time windows

🔹 Schedule an appointment via phone, SMS or web notification with our customer center.
🔹 Delivery from Monday to Friday in the following time slots:
📌 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
📌 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📌 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🔹 Additional call 30 minutes before arrival to confirm delivery.

🔹 With shipment tracking , you can always keep an eye on the status of your delivery.

🔹 If you require professional assembly of your new furniture, we are happy to offer this upon prior request .

Prices & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the premium delivery service are not calculated based on the order total , but on the product dimensions , and range between 120 and 280 euros per item .

📌 Here's how the selection process works:
Select the appropriate category for your product from the list below. If you are ordering multiple items, please also specify the correct quantity (e.g., 2x Premium Delivery for two sun loungers).

🔹 Category selection for the premium delivery service:

• All furniture except chairs: Simply specify each item (e.g. 2x for two sun loungers, 1x for a table, etc.).
• Chairs:
  • 1–4 pieces → “Premium Delivery – Chairs (1–4 pieces)”
  • 5–8 pieces → “Premium Delivery – Chairs (5–8 pieces)”
  • 9–12 pieces → “Premium Delivery – Chairs (9–12 pieces)”
  • 13–19 pieces → “Premium Delivery – Chairs (13–19 pieces)”
  • More than 19 chairs? Please contact us for a customized solution.

An order can only be placed either entirely via home delivery or via standard delivery . If you require different shipping methods for different products, please create separate orders .
